Owner/Chef Suzy began to develop her passion for Thai cooking over 25 years ago while working her way through college near her hometown in Northeastern Thailand. Suzy began by working a variety of positions at restaurants in Thailand and the United States before moving back to Bangkok, where she fulfilled her dream of attending cooking courses at the world-famous Oriental Hotel and Blue Elephant cooking schools. While in Bangkok, while also working at the United States Embassy, she had numerous opportunities to practice her cooking skills for numerous diplomats and ex-pats from all over the world.
Suzy traveled extensively throughout Thailand taking the opportunity to learn some of the unique cooking secrets from the four distinct Thai regions - secrets she adds into the dishes she cooks and serves customers.
For more than two decades Suzy developed a passion for learning, cooking and serving tasty Thai dishes to friends, family and colleagues with the idea of eventually opening her own restaurant where she could showcase fantastic Thai food in a relaxing family friendly environment. In 2018 she relocated to Fishers, Indiana, a place she has come to love and call home, and with the encouragement of family and friends has found the perfect location for her neighborhood Thai restaurant.
